Gill Davies - Integrative Counsellor using the Arts ages 11 -25

I am an Integrative Counsellor with a person centred approach and additional specialist training in the use of arts in therapy and yoga based therapy for trauma and chronic stress. I work with young people from the beginning of their senior school years to twenty five years of age dealing with a wide range of challenges including GAD, anxiety, panic attacks, abuse, family issues, as well as low self esteem, confidence and the impacts of Neurodiversity inc Autism and ADHD. When the young people I work with are neurodivergent it is important to understand different ways of processing and feeling comfortable in the sessions too.

As well as working with private clients I continue to work in Senior Schools with diverse populations. My own children’s early experiences, SEN and educational challenges has made me passionate in the belief that every young person has innate talents, skills and potential and that supporting them to find a way forward through any of the challenges which they are faced with, will underpin the rest of their lives.

Kate Dunn -Psychotherapist using the Arts 11+

My approach is integrative, relational and trauma-informed, with the therapeutic relationship at its heart. I aim to create a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space, grounded in trust, empathy and unconditional positive regard, where we can work collaboratively to explore difficult experiences, both past and present. Drawing on talking therapy, creative expression, mindfulness and compassion-focused approaches, I seek to support each individual in developing greater self-awareness, understanding patterns of relating, and discovering new ways of understanding themselves and navigating life. My approach is guided by each person's unique experiences, needs and pace, with the aim of supporting greater emotional understanding, personal agency and meaningful change.

Natalie Abadzis - Art Therapy Under 11’s

I am an art psychotherapist based in Southwest London, UK. I have dual heritage and have lived experience of managing a neurodiversity and a chronic illness.

I have worked within palliative care - both in children’s and adult hospices - and with life limiting illness, people at end of life & bereavement. Much of the work was on site in a dedicated art therapy space, working in the wards and in community settings.

I also work in private practice as an art therapist and as an art psychotherapist in primary and secondary schools in West London.

I am an illustrator, ex commercial artist & author with children’s art books published by DK & Scholastic UK.

Prior to working as an art therapist I taught art in primary schools for nearly a decade.

I have an MA Art & Design in Education from The Institute of Education, UCL.

Colwyn Elder - Yoga Therapy

I am a yoga therapist accredited by the British Council for Yoga Therapy (BCYT) and registered with the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). I have specific experience working with chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, fatigue, long covid, digestive health, sleep disturbances, ADHD (adult diagnosis), grief, trauma (developmental rather than PTSD) and women’s health (current focus is peri & post menopausal health).

Having worked in global roles in both advertising & sustainability consulting, I have experienced first-hand how stress, anxiety & overwhelm can lead to burnout, fatigue and immune related conditions. Now as a yoga therapist, and with increasing scientific evidence to support the body-brain connection, I am advocating for a more integrated approach to health & wellbeing.

I am also a British Wheel of Yoga registered teacher since 2006, have had a personal yoga practice since 1996 and am grateful to have had yoga as a consistent source of support throughout most of my adult life.

Yoga therapy supporting stress, anxiety, fatigue conditions, burnout, trauma, digestive health (IBS/other digestive issues often experienced alongside SNS - if you’re not spending enough time in parasympathetic response you’re neither resting nor digesting), sleep disturbances, NS resilience (vs simply down regulating) ie. learning to understand and work with your nervous to resource yourself, supporting women during peri/post menopause.

Recognising that our physical and mental health are not separate things, yoga therapy applies various mind body techniques including movement, breath work, somatic practices, deep rest (yoga nidra), meditation as well as self enquiry and reflection techniques in an integrated way, to improve and enhance a person’s whole health.

It is a truly unique & holistic form of therapy combining ancient yogic wisdom with modern science.
